Cancellation and deposit policies
CANCELLATIONS
I require 48 hours notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or moved. This gives time to fill the space. If less than 48 but more than 24 hours notice is given then 50% of the cost of the appointment will be required before you can rebook in with me. If it is less than 48 hours notice then 100% of the cost of the appointment will be required before you can rebook with me.
DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable but transferable if enough notice is given. If you reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours notice your deposit will be moved along with your appointment. If you cancel the appointment with more than 48 hours noice the deposit will be kept on your account for future services. Please contact if you have any questions. All colouring services require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your final bill. In the event of a no show/ cancellation this will not be refunded (please see the cancellation policy).
